Custom made- As we know children are not that standard one size fits all and with over 20 years of being a pattern maker we make an individual pattern to fit your child measurements.
What we do is customize your dress to what you want.

Step 1 - How it works
Initial Consultation virtual appointment or visit our showroom
A 30 -minute in store/online appointment or call for you to learn about the dress creation process and understand the timeline with your special occasion date.
Design Consultation
Review inspiration photos you’ve picked from our gallery, or you can email, or message your photos to discuss your perfect dress vision with our designer.
Step 2 - Confirm Measurements and Design
Each Shaina First Holy Communion dress or any dress is custom made to your measurements and design. We will require the below measurements

Length from shoulder to belly button (5)

Length from shoulder to dress length (7) please ensure child is standing straight with head looking forward

You can also book a video call or be measured in store. You’ll confirm the measurements, silhouette, fabric, laces and dress finishes.
Finalise Dress Design
Sign off on your design summary before your designer sends your dress to the workroom! Allow 8 weeks for creation of your designed dress. Your designer will book you in for a fitting or follow up on when you will receive your gown.
Step 3 - Unbox
Your custom made dress is here, and you designed it! Finally, your “Say Yes to the Dress” moment has arrived! Just like Shaina Holy Communion dress
Alterations and Support
You should anticipate needing minimal or no alterations once you receive your dress. Our talented dressmaker is here to consult with you and your tailor regarding any questions or alterations if needed. If you are local we will fit you in for a store fitting to check the dress with you.
Refunds - There are no refund on custom made deposit. Once a deposit is made this is confirmation to begin the process.
